Dance based fitness classes where we have so much fun that we take the 'work' out of an intense 'workout'.
Simple and fun moves will get you sweating in no time to Latin and world rhythms.
The classes are energetic but you can work at your own pace. Dance experience is not required.

Zumba Gold
Zumba GOLD is a low impact fitness class aimed at the active older adult or beginner. It is also great for pregnant women or those recovering from injury, or for those with disabilities.
Easy to follow moves and great music improve fitness, balance, range of motion, coordination, and even mood and cognitive function.

Two morning classes every week held at 284 North Road, Invercargill
Strong Nation
Strong Nation combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, plyometric training and combat moves.
Expect burpees, lunges, squats and kicks all set to music with a HIIT structure.
​
One 30 minute evening class each week on Tuesdays at YMCA before Zumba Fitness.
